Who am I?
Hi, my name is Chenita Witherspoon and I’m excited about our venture together down this Plant-Based road of pure bliss. I’ve been vegan for 5 years and started my Whole Food Plant-Based Diet (WFPBD) about a year ago. Yes there’s a difference between vegan and whole food plant based but we’ll get into that a little later. I’ve recently taken additional training on how to correctly transition to a WFPBD and I am now furthering my education to become a certified plant based nutritionist. I love to cook so being able to create recipes that are not only great for you but absolutely delicious as well.
